We recommend that you read these terms and conditions carefully.

By making a booking, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Touring Bookings:

At the time of booking a £15 per night non-refundable deposit is required and the remaining balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.

All payments are strictly non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-amendment unless our cancellation insurance is taken out at the time of booking. Please click here to view the cancellation policy.

At the time of booking please ensure you select the correct type of unit and length. We also need to know if you are bringing a continental unit when creating your booking.

Failure to provide the correct unit or length, may result in us not being able to accommodate you and your booking may be cancelled on arrival.

Please use the notes section when booking for any specific requirements and we will do our best to accommodate these for you.

Tents, Storage Tents and Gazebo’s are NOT permitted on park. Check in time is from 2pm until reception closes (see our website for winter and summer opening
times).

 

Bank Holiday Weekends:

We operate a 3 night minimum stay from the Friday throughout all bank holiday weekends.
No arrivals Saturday or Sunday.

Additional Charges:

  • Cars £3 per night
  • Pets £3 per night (maximum 4 small pets)
  • Daily Visitors £4 per group
  • Early Arrival & Late Departures from £6.50 (please contact our office to book or for more information)

Pets:

Pets/Dogs are welcome on park however they must always be kept on a short lead. The following dog breeds are banned on park:

  • Pit Bull Terrier
  • Japanese Tosa
  • Dogo Argentino
  • Fila Brasileiro

XL Bullies:

We will allow 1 XL Bully per customer/group.

You must provide a licence certificate at the time of booking.

Whilst on park your XL Bully must ALWAYS be muzzled and kept on a very short lead.

They must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Failure to adhere to these rules will result in being asked to leave the park immediately.

 

Cottage and Static Bookings:

At the time of booking a £100 per week non-refundable deposit is required with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before arrival.

We do offer our own cancellation insurance which can be taken out at the time of the booking at 15% of the total booking. Please call our office within 24 hours to add the cancellation insurance. 

Any amendments to dates will incur an administration charge of £35.

Cottage and static check in time is from 4pm and checkout by 9.30am.

Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions

  • Loyalty cards are provided with your map at check in.  If you already have a loyalty card please hand this over at check in for your current loyalty card to be stamped.
  • Loyalty cards are YOUR responsibility, so please keep these safe.  If lost, you will lose your stamps and these cannot be added to a new loyalty card.
  • Loyalty card must be fully stamped with the Bron Y Wendon logo to qualify for a free night.
  • We cannot combine loyalty cards i.e. 3 nights on one loyalty card and 9 nights on another loyalty card to qualify for a free night only a fully stamped loyalty card will be accepted
  • If you have more than one fully stamped loyalty card you can use all on one booking or can be used on different bookings.
  • Free night can be booked anytime of the year, excluding bank holidays and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • To book your free night please call into reception or call our office on 01492 512903.
  • Loyalty card must be handed into reception on arrival otherwise the free night will be charged at the current price.

 

Disclaimer

It is your responsibility to read the rules and regulations and abide by the rules therein.

Not reading the rules is not an excuse for infringement.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contract set out in the terms and conditions of booking.

Failure to disclose all relevant information or comply with these terms may lead to termination of the contract and loss of the booking without refund.

Bron Y Wendon reserves the right to ban individuals from future use of the park.

Anyone defacing or causing damage to any buildings, equipment or property of the park faces immediate eviction and prosecution.

The pitch hirer will be responsible for and charged for any damage /loss caused by themselves or their visitors to the pitch or park facility or other resident’s property.

Your personal belongings, vehicles, vans and their accessories and contents are left at your own risk. Bron Y Wendon or its staff will not be liable for any loss or theft.

We will not accept liability for any injury suffered due to the misuse of equipment on the site.

Children always remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian during their stay.

We cannot accept responsibility or compensation for circumstances beyond our control including (but not limited to) industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, technical problems, bad weather and acts of government.

We try very hard to provide all facilities as advertised on our website.

The information taken at time of booking is required to be collected for the purposes of processing your reservation at Bron Y Wendon Holiday Park.

We may process your data to keep you informed of our activities and to keep you updated with news, offers and other information that may be of interest to you.  If you do not want us to use your information for marketing purposes described in this paragraph, please let us know.

We may also disclose your data to Camp Stead Ltd who may contact you, inviting you to complete a questionnaire and review regarding your stay at our park.

 

Complaints:

If you are dissatisfied with any part of your holiday or wish to make a complaint, please speak to a member of the office staff.

We cannot be liable for any disruptions if we are not made aware of them at the time.

If you are not satisfied with how your situation has been dealt with, please ask to speak with a member of management.

We will NOT tolerate any person/s being verbally abusive to any member of staff. If you are seen doing so, you will be asked to leave the site immediately.

If you create any disruption to other guests, you will be asked to leave the site immediately. The next stage will be to call the police
