Additional Holiday Cottage Information

Check-in time is from 4pm and departure time is by 9.30am.

Reception Opening Hours:

Bron-Y-Wendon Reception is open 7 days a week, all year round. During our summer period reception closes at 7pm, and during the winter season reception closes at 5pm. Full details of our reception opening hours are listed below.

Winter Season: 1st November – 20th March, Mon – Sun 9am – 5pm

October: 1st October – 31st October, Sun -Thurs 9am – 5pm, Fri – Sat 9am – 7pm

Summer Season: 21st March – 30th September, Mon – Sun 9am – 7pm

Please contact our team if you are arriving after office hours so we can make arrangements to access the cottage.

A deposit is required upon booking.

On cancellation, unless cancellation policy has been taken out at time of booking, unfortunately all monies & dates will be lost and not transferable.

We ask that you keep your pets off furniture (sofa’s and beds) whilst staying in our pet friendly cottages.  Owners will be liable for any damage caused to furniture or property.

You are welcome to walk your dog around park, but must be kept on a lead and under strict control of a responsible adult at all times.
