What facilities do you have onsite?
Bron-Y-Wendon has the following facilities for your enjoyment and convenience:
- Two clean, modern shower and toilet blocks with under-floor heating
- Laundry facility (washing machines and dryers)
- Staffed reception with small onsite shop selling essential items
- Barbeque and fire pit rental
- Disabled access to all facilities

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, our cottage rentals come with free WiFi. For our other accommodation, we offer WiFi options that can be purchased for a small fee. Full details can be found HERE.
Do you have a restaurant onsite?
Unfortunately, we don’t have an onsite restaurant or café. However, there are plenty to choose from within a short distance from the park.
We have a local pub within walking distance called the Valentine Inn, as well as a Royal British Legion. Guests are also welcome to use Oliver’s Bar at our neighbouring caravan park, Rendezvous. There’s also plenty of fantastic pubs and restaurants in nearby Abergele (5 minutes by car), Rhos-On-Sea (10 minutes by car) or Conwy (20 minutes by car). We’ve listed a few of our favourite eateries on our things to do page.
Do you have a children’s play area or park onsite?
We do have playground that is open during the warmer months. You can find our more on our facilities page.
Is there a beach nearby?
There is a shale beach just a short walk away from the site, and a selection of sandy beaches a short drive away, such as Llandudno and Rhos-On-Sea.
Is there a pub nearby?
We have a local pub within walking distance called the Valentine Inn, as well as a Royal British Legion. Guests are also welcome to use Oliver’s Bar at our neighbouring caravan park, Rendezvous. Is there a supermarket or takeaway nearby?
Our reception has a small selection of drinks, snacks and ice creams (in summer). For a bigger selection there’s a petrol station with convenience store approximately 5 minutes away. The nearest supermarket (Tesco) is a 10-minute drive away in Abergele or Colwyn Bay. They also offer delivery.
There’s plenty of takeaways nearby that offer collection and delivery. There’s also an Indian restaurant offering takeaway over the road from the site, called The Little Indian Chef. Information on these can be found here.
Is there plenty to do nearby?
The short answer is yes! Bron-Y-Wendon offers a perfect base location for exploring all that North Wales has to offer such as; the Welsh Mountain Zoo , Zip World, and Conwy Castle. For more local attractions, take a look at our things to do page.
Are dogs allowed onsite?
Bron-Y-Wendon is a pet-friendly site*, with all of our accommodation offering a dog-friendly option. We even have an onsite doggy-wash, so you can give your furry friend a clean after a day on the beach. You can view our pet-friendly lodge here, or click here to see our pet-friendly cottages.
*We just ask that you dog is kept under control when on the park, and that you ensure any mess is cleaned up and disposed of in the appropriate bins. Full terms and conditions for dogs onsite can be found here.
Do you have a loyalty scheme/programme?
We certainly do… On your first stay with us, our reception team will offer you one of our Loyalty Cards. You can then get your card stamped for each night you stay with us. Once you reach 12 stamps, you get a FREE night! Alternatively, at 14 stamps you could qualify for a discount of up to £140! Speak to our reception team for full details.
