What time is arrival and departure?

Arrival time is from 4pm and departure is by 10am. Early arrival and/or late departure can be arranged subject to availability. There may be a small additional cost for this.

How much are the statics and lodge to rent?

The minimum stay for static and lodge rental is three nights, and prices start from £451.50 for a static, and £550 for the lodge.

How many people do the statics and lodge sleep?

They all sleep up to 6 people (with two guests sleeping on the sofa-bed). The horizon static can sleep 8 guest – 6 in their own bedrooms, and a further 2 guests on the sofa-bed.

Do the statics and lodge have decking, or outdoor spaces?

The platinum static caravan comes with a decked area, sea view, table and seating for 4.
The lodge comes with a decked area complete with a newly-installed hot tub, sea view, table and seating for 4.

Do the statics have hot tubs?

At the moment, only our lodge has a hot tub.

Are children allowed in the hot tub?

Yes, provided that they are supervised by a responsible adult.

Is drinking permitted in the hot tub?

Yes, we allow guests to enjoy a drink or two in the hot tub. However, glassware is not permitted. Any drinks consumed in the hot tub should be in plastic bottles, or using the plastic cups that we provide for your safety and convenience.

Do the statics and lodge come with glassware, cooking implements and cutlery?

Of course, they are all fully-equipped with everything you might need for drinking and dining, during your stay.

Do the statics and lodge come with towels and bedding?

Yes, all towels and bed linen will be provided for your stay.

Do you provide any essentials with static and lodge stays?

For stays of seven nights (and over) we will provide a welcome pack that contains essentials for your stay, and a few treats too. We also sell a small selection of items in reception, and there are shops just a short drive away.

Can you provide a cot if required for our baby?

Yes, we can provide a cot and/or a high-chair.

Is smoking permitted in any of the statics or lodge?

tbc Smoking of any kind is not permitted.

Are dogs allowed in the statics or lodge?

Dogs are not permitted in the lodge.

What should we bring for our dogs?

We kindly ask that you bring along everything that your dog requires such as food, treats, and of course… pooh-bags! A dog-bed and bowl are provided, but of course you are welcome to bring your own.

Do the statics and lodge have free Wi-Fi?

Unfortunately, our WiFi signal doesn’t currently reach the statics or lodge. However, we are working to fix this and it should be available soon.

Are the TVs Smart-TVs?

Yes, they are. You should be able to access all of your favourite streaming apps via the television in your cottage during your stay. Just make sure that you log out of them at the end of your stay. We cannot be held responsible for other guests adding things to your watchlist or losing where you were up to in that latest series you were binging!

Do the statics and lodge have parking?

Yes, all of our statics and the lodge have their own space for parking a car. We just ask that any second or guest vehicles are parked elsewhere onsite, as directed by the reception team.

Are there any family games in the statics or lodge?

We have a small selection of games and entertainment available from reception.
