Cancellation Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and non-amendment regardless of the circumstances unless covered by our cancellation insurance plan.

Non-arrival on the day of booked arrival will entail automatic loss of pitch for the duration of the booking.

Bookings with cancellation insurance that qualify under the T&C’s would receive a refund of up to 100% less the cost of insurance (please see full details below).

Cancellation Plan Details:

This is only available upon booking or within 2 days of your booking at 15% of the total cost of booking.

The Benefits:

  • If cancellation of your holiday is 28 days or longer before the commencement of your holiday a 100% refund less the cancellation charge will be made.
  • If cancellation of your holiday is less than 28 days of the commencement of your holiday then a 50% refund less the cancellation charge will be made
  • Alternative we can transfer the booking to another date, or leave a credit on your account less the cancellation charge to re-book at a later date.
  • No refund due for any cancellation on the day itself of the commencement of your holiday.

Cover:

  • Cancellation due to injury, death, illness or admission to hospital as an in-patient to your or any other member of your party or immediate family.
  • Redundancy qualifying for payment under an applicable statute of any person in your party.
  • Your vehicle/caravan/motorhome suffers from a breakdown or loss resulting in that you are unable to fulfil the holiday booking.
  • You or a person in your party being required to compulsory jury or witness service in a Cout of Law in proceedings to be undertaken in the time between their leaving home to start the holiday and returning home after the holiday.

Definitions:

Immediate family members – means the partner, or the child, brother, sister, parent of you or a person in your party.

Amendment Fee:

Amendments can be made ONLY outside of the 8 weeks before arrival date.  To do so, you must have already taken out our insurance policy or must purchase the cancellation insurance at the time of making these amendments, however at this point a £15 admin charge will incurred.  Amendments within 8 weeks of arrival CANNOT be permitted.

Cancellation Procedure:

To cancel your holiday, please contact us immediately by phone and confirmation will be required by email to [email protected]

We will deal with the claim and make payment within 30 days, subject to the claim qualifying under the terms of the Cancellation Insurance Plan as described above.
