Llandudno Christmas Extravaganza
This time, the extravaganza is taking place in the winter months and comes with a sprinkling of Christmas magic. The 2021 extravaganza takes place between the 18th of November and the 21st of November. All the fun of the Victorian extravaganza but in the depth of winter, a perfect for a brisk warm-up by strolling around seeing the sites and curiosities while sipping on a hot coffee or mulled wine.
Greenwood Forest Park
At Greenwood forest part you are in for a magical and festive experience suitable for the entire family. Enter the enchanted lodge for a mystical 2-hour long experience. Be immersed in an extraordinary festive show. Embroil yourself in a festive feast with Santa Claus and get creative with some brilliant arty elves. The kids can be unleashed in the soft play area! The price of this experience is a mere £15 per child and only £7 per adult. Children under 6 months can go absolutely free.
Santa Trains at the Welsh Highland Railway
Steaming full pelt ahead into Christmas – Welsh Highland Railway – they are absolutely delighted to be offering a variety of festive fun this November and December. Santa will be visiting the railway over the festive fun, delivering gifts and joyous memories to all! Check out their website for full information on dates and times over the Christmas season.

Christmas at Llechwedd
Enjoy a magical and creative experience like no other, meet Santa on the incredible underground Christmas Grotto, here you can feast on a complimentary mince pie, hot chocolate as well as a tipple of mulled wine if you’re a grown-up! The Christmas elves will be ready and waiting for the entire family on the cable railway where you will delve deep underground to the famous Victorian Llechwedd slate mine.

Reindeer Lodge Drive-thru Mold
It’s your very own Santa-Safari! This amazing adventure will allow you to take a magical journey all the way to the north pole (without any expedition equipment needed). The Reindeer Lodge Elves have creed an unforgettable and immersive drive-through an adventure that will indulge your imagination for all things Christmassy. There is a drive-in theatre show with over 1.3km of Christmas lighting trails which is also home to herds of majestic reindeer along with some stunning countryside, a magical woodland elf village, and a toy workshop where Santa puts together his festive trinkets. Christmas at Bodnant
Bodnant is a fantastic choice to visit each and every year. Bodnant has 80 acres of winter wonderland which is perfect for the entire family to properly enjoy the great outdoors. It allows them to see all kinds of plants in the season in winter, it also makes for a spectacular view when the entire area is covered with a dusting of winter snow – especially the view of the mountains in the vista above.
Llandudno 5K Santa Run
Join other Santas running along the gorgeous Victorian Seafront of the town in Llandudno. The event is a 5k run and is a fantastic option for those who are looking for a feel-good, healthy event this festive season.
