COVID-19 – Update Monday 19/10/20

Today Mark Drakeford has announced that following the local locckdowns we are currently in (which means you should not enter or leave Conwy), the whole of Wales will then be in a “Fire Break” COVID lockdown from Friday 23rd October. This again adopts a “stay at home” policy, similar to the first lockdown earlier this year. This will continue until Monday 9th November, unless advised otherwise by the Welsh government.

What does this mean for us;

As a result of the Welsh Governments restrictions, it is with regret that any bookings during this would have to be deferred to new dates.

Static owners or Seasonal customers cannot come into Wales during this Lockdown. If you are a summer seasonal customer with your caravan still on site we will be in touch to confirm, but the caravan will probably need collecting before Friday 23rd.

We will be operating during the lockdown on a skeleton staff and may not be able to answer all calls and emails. We keep records of all bookings and the value of any bookings effected by this lockdown would be held as a credit on your account for a future stay, to be taken by the end of 2021.

We will be issuing updates on this website as and when we have any further information.
