Coronavirus, COVID-19

COVID-19 – Update Sunday 20/12/20

Following yesterday’s sudden change to Welsh COVID restrictions, we are now in full lockdown for an estimated 3 to 4 weeks. We will be monitoring the news, but at the moment we cannot accept any new or existing bookings until around the 18th January 2021.

We will refresh this page, as and when we get any further news.

We are taking bookings now for 2021 (beyond this date) and look forward to seeing everyone back here at Bron-Y-Wendon very soon.

What does this mean for booked customers;

If you have a current booking for January, we will be in touch soon by email if we have to re-arrange. If the restrictions mean we have to re-arrange your booking, the funds paid can be transferred to an alternative stay in 2021. Also should you live in an area with restrictions on travel, you should let us know and again we can move your booking even when the Welsh lockdown is lifted.

Static owners or Seasonal customers; Unfortunately travel to Wales from England is restricted. If you live in Wales you could travel to your caravan, but our reception and facilities will be closed to customers (although there will be a skeleton staff continuing to monitor the site and communications).

We will be operating during this time on a skeleton staff and may not be able to answer all calls and emails. We keep records of all bookings and the value of any bookings effected by this lockdown would be held as a credit on your account for a future stay, to be taken by the end of 2021.

We will be issuing updates on this website as and when we have any further information.

Thank you for your patience and support
